Hi I'm Ali
Five years ago, burnout and a period of hormonal imbalance led me to begin my own wellness journey. Through movement, meditation, and breathwork, I found my way back to myself.
That journey inspired me to create INALA (from “inhala”- to inhale). Every piece is thoughtfully designed to support the way you move, rest, and reconnect with yourself.
